Welcome to EK Supportive Space. By accessing our website and/or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before using our services.

1. About Us

EK Supportive Space provides practical, home, and counselling-informed support. We do not provide formal therapy or clinical counselling. Services are offered within the limits of training, experience, and professional supervision.

2. Services Provided

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Practical support at home (cleaning, organisation, general assistance)

  • Counselling-informed support (active listening, emotional support, wellbeing guidance)

  • Guidance and advice within a non-therapeutic framework

  • Online resources, workbooks, and digital content

Important: At this stage of training, we do not provide formal therapy, diagnosis, or treatment for mental health conditions. All support is non-clinical and advisory.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All sessions, services, and resources must be booked in advance.

  • Payment must be made as agreed at the time of booking.

  • We accept [list payment methods].

  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before a booked session. Late cancellations may be charged in full.

  • Refunds are issued only at the discretion of EK Supportive Space and in line with the above cancellation policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the service.

  • Treat the practitioner with respect and honesty.

  • Understand that services are supportive, not therapeutic.

  • Ensure any minors or vulnerable persons are supervised as appropriate.

5. Confidentiality

  • All information shared during sessions or support is treated confidentially, in line with BACP ethical guidelines.

  • Confidentiality may be broken only if legally required or in the case of safeguarding concerns (risk of harm to self or others).

  • Notes and records are stored securely and in compliance with UK GDPR.

6. Supervision and Scope of Practice

  • Services are delivered by a trainee practitioner under professional supervision.

  • Supervision ensures services are delivered safely and ethically.

  • We do not provide formal therapy or medical advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • EK Supportive Space and its practitioners are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of services or materials.

  • Clients acknowledge that all support is non-clinical and does not replace professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

  • Services are provided “as is”, and while we strive to ensure quality and accuracy, results cannot be guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, resources, workbooks, images, and materials are owned by EK Supportive Space and protected by copyright.

  • Materials may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

  • Use the website to post harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

  • Share content from our website without permission.
